Errors
Each error starts with 1 of 5 classes. Your assistant reads the class and the text, and often corrects the call itself.

You, the agent or its Odoo user has no access, for example to a model or a method. | Ask your company for access. |

The tool, the model or the record does not exist for this agent. | Check the name or the id. |
upstream_error |
Odoo did not answer, or gave an error. | Try again later. When the error stays, contact Abstractive. |
internal_error |
An error in Abstr.ax. | Contact Abstractive and give the time of the error. |
No access to this agent
The text "no access to this agent" does not say why. This is intentional. The possible causes are:
- Your company did not give you this agent.
- Your account, the agent or the access of your company is not active.
- You logged in with an account of another company, or with a login provider that your company does not allow.
The client shows no tools
You logged in, but your company did not give you an agent yet. The instructions of the connection also say this. Ask an admin of your company.
