The first login

1. Your client opens the login page of Abstr.ax. Choose Microsoft or Google.
2. Log in at Microsoft or Google with your company account.
3. Abstr.ax shows your companies and asks you to allow the connection of your client. Click Allow.
4. Your client receives a token. Abstr.ax never sees your password.

At your first login, Abstr.ax makes your account in your company. You see tools only after your company gives you an agent.

How long a login stays valid

Your client renews the login itself. When you do not use the connection for 30 days, or after 90 days, log in again.

Microsoft

• Use the account of your company, for example name@your-company.com. Abstr.ax takes your email address from your user name in Microsoft Entra.
• Does Microsoft show "Need admin approval"? Then your company blocks apps of other organizations. An admin of your company gives approval 1 time: see For admins.

Google

• Use the Google Workspace account of your company.
• A personal Google account with a company email address works only when your company allows it.

When access stops

When your company disables your account at Microsoft or Google, your access stops within 1 hour. Your company can also ask Abstractive to stop your access immediately.
